"Havaye No" Festival; Honoring Prominent Religious Groups in Iran and Worldwide

The "Havaye No" Festival is a specialized event in the field of religious groups in Iran, aiming to evaluate, identify, and honor active and pioneering groups. These groups are among the most significant and popular social institutions in Iran and have played a prominent role in the country’s cultural and social developments. Previously, no dedicated event had been organized to evaluate and showcase successful examples.

The festival aims to solidify the position of these groups as key Islamic institutions and to outline the future path of community activities. Participants are evaluated based on cultural, social, and artistic criteria, and the winners of each edition are introduced.

In the third edition of the "Havaye No" Festival, held in 1403 H.S. (2024), more than 10,000 works were submitted to the secretariat, evaluated by 91 religious scholars and experts. During the closing ceremony, 90 groups were honored in various sections, showcasing their innovative and impactful activities.

For the first time, the festival reached an international level in its third edition. In the international session of the festival, held in Tehran in early 1404 H.S. (2025), representatives from 15 countries—including Turkey, Lebanon, Tunisia, Syria, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Algeria, Iraq, Australia, African countries, India, Tajikistan, Bahrain, and Pakistan—shared their successful experiences. The session provided an opportunity to introduce the festival to groups outside Iran and to develop a roadmap for its international expansion. Winners of the international section were also honored at the conclusion.
