The television program “Mahfel” is one of Iran’s most popular Quranic programs and has also been well received by Muslims in other countries. The grand Mahfel in Lahore was held to coincide with the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Lahore, Pakistan. At this event, attended by ۸۵,۰۰۰ people, renowned reciters from the “Mahfel” program and its hosts recited the Quran and celebrated the Prophet’s birth.
