۱۲۰,۰۰۰ People Attend the “Imam Hasan Gathering” Celebration

Held at Azadi Stadium in Tehran

The Imam Hasan Gathering was one of the largest religious and Qur’anic events in Iran’s history. The celebration, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Imam Hasan al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), the second Imam of the Shia, took place at Azadi Stadium in Tehran with the participation of about ۱۲۰,۰۰۰ residents of the city. The programs of the celebration were centered around the Qur’anic television show “Mahfel”, turning the event into one of the largest gatherings ever connected to a TV program.
